Hey so i got my white kgo kit from DCV...

I got a few questions.

1) what color should the led be? Mine is an orange/red color. I thought they were all blue? Is this just because it is white? Both batteries have the same color led : red/orange

2) charging .... i used the enclosed charger and the dongle indicates a full charge. I take it off and vape for about 10 or 15 minutes and the led on my battery begins to flash!! It is still red in color on my battery. So i tried to charge again and the donglr has a red light with intermittent flashes of green, 10 minutes later? Solid green. I tried to vape again, and once more, it dies out and starts blinking on me...

The few good vapes ive had off this thing are fantastic, i just hope my battery isnt already having issues. Ive had a few exchanges with Bill over at DCV and i am asking the ECF community for some input as well.

Thanks guys!

Hi there dreezy562,
Here's some hopefully useful answers for ya:
Yep the white KGO button glows orange :)
When you plug your charger in a wall socket the box light should be RED and the dongle should be GREEN (before the batt is in. When the batt is in box should be RED and dongle should be flickering RED/GREEN. Make sure to check when screwing the batt in the dongle(LOL) the button flashes for ya :)
If you have a battery tester you can check the voltage on the batt itself. I think at full charge it is 4.2 volts.
And if all else fails I can guarantee Bill from DCV will help ya out as much as he can. He is a great guy and a awesome vendor.

Well i cant figure out how to use the darn multimeter and im havin trouble holding it. I did manage to get 2 different series of blinks. The 5 fast blinks and then cut out , and the 3 slow blinks then cut out. I guess they correspond to different errors. I did narrow the issues down to one carto so im fillin up a fresh boge 2.0 and gonna see how it goes.

Cool and glad someone here could help you. At the batt end of the carto in the center there's a fitting with a screwdriver slot- sometimes it's not sticking out and thus not a good connection to the battery. Get something with a hook on it and GENTLY pull this fitting out so it makes contact with the battery. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN ANYTHING- just finger tight and always remember the first fill of your carto is VERY important even when using a tank.Yep Bill at DCK is a great vendor.
Happy Vaoing.

Ya it was a bad carto. I just tossed it and the rest of em work fine

For the tank cartos i fill them up full where i would be able to vape them without the tank. Aftet that i leave it alone till its time to refill the tank... one time i had took my drio tip off and look ibside the carto and saw that it was dry... so i started to fill the carto. Ended up flooding it and having juice leak out everywhere!! Now i just leave it be and let the tank do its job
