Brand new manual battery not working.....

This is my 4th battery I have received from v4l, and love them all except the one just received. It won't work! Fully charged all night and totally dead. Tried a different charger to no avail. This is my first problem and what should I do? Website says to return unused items, but this item is actually defective. Please let me know how to proceed. Thanks!

Muttjunky (sir or Ms.?) sorry for your troubles. What exactly is the issue, not charging or button not working? Could be a post issue if it's not charging... Check out Snow sir's video located here:

Not sure which because nothing happens at all it's just like a dead battery however the light blinks as though it was not charged, but believe me it is fully charged.

Just to confirm, you have tried raising the post on the battery and tossing it back on the charger?

Click on the blue highlighted link that Morandir left for you above in reply #2. Watch this video, then raise the post on your battery and put it on the your recharger......let me know what happens.....

As a V4L user of KR808D-1 batteries you should watch the video anyway, good knowledge to have.

If your post isn't high enough it is not connecting with the recharger or the cartomizers.
