Well I am on my fourth day today of no smokes!!!! Those things we're killing me. I wanted to have a snazzy signature to put here, as I plan to frequent these boards ONLY and learn alot of stuff. So far I chose a setup for me, Bloog MAXX KR808D-2 (little did I know, what it was called or how it got named or anything, but Don at LeCig helped me a ton).

I guess I was just introducing myself and trying to get my post count up. Don't worry I will find good reasons to post over the next days or weeks. LMAO

But yeah, today is day four, no cigs yet, and craving is sooooo low. I started the first day with njoy crap thingy, and quickly went to a store to get the Bloog. njoy left me wanting a good taste and some nicotine. Otherwise, I am glad to be here, and hope I can join the elite soon!!!!!!

My daughter bought a NJoy at a country mart. She started vaping and only smoked three partial cigarettes since. The NJoy worked great to get her off analogs. She ordered a KR808D-1 within a few days and mostly uses that now.
So glad you found something that is helping you see the benefits of vaping. Be sure to adjust your nic level if needed. I have been cigarette free since Feb 12, 2011. I went through some days where I needed the 36mg nic to get me through.
Isn't is so much better to vape!
Congrats on day 4!

Hi and welcome to ECF. It's pretty easy isn't it? I'm going on 10 months now. I started vaping in April and quit immediately. My last smoke was way back in July, and I just tried it again to see what it would taste like. You know what it tasted like? Licking the bottom of a dirty ashtray. It made me wonder why on earth I started smoking in the first place.

here is my motivation to quit By way of background, my wife & I are long time analog users and have failed at numerous attempts to quit; using numerous methods. I was recently diagnosed with throat cancer and underwent radiation & chemotherapy. Obviously, at long last, I had to quit smoking.
The cancer is currently in remission. (Note that one can never claim he/she no longer has cancer, only that it is currently in remission. In the same vein, a former smoker can never claim to be a non-smoker; only that he/she is currently not using tobacco products).

WOW thanx for the warm welcome everyone.
Yeah I see the benefits and love how I feel. I already can smell/taste a bit better. No more chest pains if I smoke a few extra cigs in a day. I just think I have one issue with my Bloog stuff. But I am waiting out Customer Support. Maybe I am wrong, and my batteries only last about less than an hour. lol

/me licks the ashtray to actually see what I used to smoke. (Has to look for an ashtray already!!!!!!!)
How did ANYONE ever kiss me? lmao lmao lmao

Welcome and grats! You can also use the prefilled cartos from Vapor4Life. And be sure to refill your cartos - keep them damp and you can get days or even a week out of one. Run them dry and you may singe the stuffing and ruin it.

If you find you vape heavily and need more battery life, check out the fatter battery models - leCig's PigCig battery and charger or check out CigEasy's Elegant Easy and charger - those fat batteries use their own chargers to charge faster (you can't charge the slim batteries on them - too much current). Both of those use KR808D-1/Bloog/Vapor4Life cartos

And you can buy blanks at Vapor4Life or at many multibrand vendors like LiteCigUSA.net and nHaler.com (Simplest are the soft-cap stuffing-type cartos like the Premiums at LiteCig or the Boge or mega ones at nHaler. The reservoir types need syringe to fill and those clear ones are a bit of a work in progress and can fall apart. The LR aka Low Resistance types are not for slim batteries - they are a hotter kind the fat battery models can also use)

Morning I vape like mad for like 5 minutes. After I eat, also. Otherwise, 11mg is cutting it for me. I do REALLY want to quit. And am the quitting type on everything but smokes. So here it goes. And I kept a FULL PACK, unopened marlboro's around to stare at. IDK why, it is giving me more mojo to quit. My last wasted 7 bucks on cigs. lol I hope.
