I've been vaping now for two weeks and I've pretty much stuck to my old cigarette smoking routine. (Sometimes with analogs). I still take a "smoke break" outside about every hour at work. I vape right after a meal, chain vape while drinking. But it's always in a "session" that lasts about 5 minutes. (Sometimes shorter cause I've only had 26mg and it makes me dizzy if I have too much.)

Now I've noticed many people here seem to have broken their routines and are either chain vapers or what I like to think of as "puffers" that puff here and there. I'm interested to finding out if others stuck to their smoking routines or did they break away to new routines and what those are. So break it or stick with it?

I never had a smoking routine as I am a stay at home mom. I never smoked in the house, so whenever I could sneak out to the garage for a smoke I would. I always smoked after a meal, if on the phone, or in the car. Since switching to vaping I find myself vaping more than I smoked since I can do it indoors now. I would say just do whatever you feel like, if you feel like a vape go for it. If the routine works with you, stick with it. Might save on juices/accessories that way lol

I'm disabled so I don't move around a lot. I didn't change any of my smoking habits because I couldn't change them. If I had been able to change I still don't think I would have for awhile. You are making a life changing decision when you begin vaping. It may be easier to get used to vaping if you just keep to a routine and make changes gradually. Now that's just my opinion and YMMV. In short, do what you are comfortable with doing.

I've become a frequent puffer. One or at most two puffs but at frequent intervals. (Except after a long interval somewhere that I can't vape.) But I didn't change deliberately. As I discovered that the vapor really is unnoticeable to others, and my wife agreed that it was fine to do inside, and then even suggested that I might as well in the car, I just evolved over time into a puffer.

I broke mine and I wish I hadn't - I find I vape a lot more and as my cravings werent that bad to begin with I should have stayed with my old ;routine; even though it was way more of a hassle.
I love vaping nad my nic levels arent high (12mg and often 0) but yeah - wish Id not gone mad and kept the actual vaping levels lower.
