Been putting off breaking down a liter of MFS 100%vg 100mg/ml base for a week or so. It needed to join the rest of my survival stash in the freezer and I have been procrastinating. My stash to date has all been 100%pg and I was interested in tasting the stuff as various peeps have recommended that I do so before just putting the stuff on ice. I made a flavorless sample of 6mg/ml (I normally DIY everything at 3) and cleaned and rewicked my velocity and gave it a shot. I was pretty pleasantly surprised (it is not the first time I have used this stuff just the 1st I have vaped it with no flavorings). I got that 1st cigarette in the morning rush from the twice than (my) normal concentration of nic and the flavor and arohma reminded me of, well, the 45 years of cigarettes I gave up six months ago. All in all I am sure that there are a bunch of more expensive nics out there with less taste (slight pepper bite), nude being one I am familiar with and have a supply of also. But I am pretty pleased with the purchase, especially for what I paid for it.

I've been using MFS for several years now and have been quite happy with it. I have a few liters of their 100mg in the freezer, I imagine it will outlive me.
my stash is about half and half RTS and MFS. I was pretty sure I had enough to last the rest of my life but I couldn't resist the BF sale at MFS. Added 2 more liters of 100mg/ml 100% pg based nic to my already fair sized stash. 
I mixed up a 30ml bottle of 16mg unflavored just to test it out before storage and found it was very very good. Not much taste but what was there was very mild and not a bit peppery. I've not tried any of the nics from other than these 2 vendors and maybe I really don't want to. I would hate to try NudeNicotine or any of the others that I've read about and find that I like them better.

I've accumulated some MFS nic base, I like that it comes in glass (500ml), most recently I got some Nic vape base, it was on sale, I also have some Vices,HDV, WL,ECX,RTSand NN and some china peg400 based stuff I haven't tried, when I mix my menthol(which is all I vape) I use 2 sometimes 3 different nic bases for the base
I tried nude nic by ordering a sample. The sent me a little 15ml vial of 100mg for $2.00 shipping; awesome deal / great product. 15ml's of 100mg goes a long way when you vape 3mg/mlmy stash is about half and half RTS and MFS. My liter bottle came in HDPE ...I believe all of their base in quantities greater than 500 do. I did order some of the Armour v3 from NN, for the long haul stash. I found out later you could purchase argon at amazon to top off your bottles with before freezing them. Prolly a good way to go. - wow...3 nics for a base; I'm personally not all that terribly fond of playing with the stuff before it is diluted to my tastes. I love the idea of making juice and creating recipes but the actual set-up clean and clean-up is a pia...but sure worth it!

2 liters, that's what I have in the freezer. Should last me about 12 years (or 25 if my wife leaves me and I get custody). I agree that the flavor (or un-flavor) is the closest thing to what I vaguely remember smoking to taste like.
Funny, when I first started vaping I was into liquids like Tribecca and other tobacco flavors, then as I got started DIY I experimented with all kinds of RY4's and then moved into blending with latakia and perique as well as some of the vape specific tobac flavors. My tastes have changed considerably in the last several months as I discovered fruits, creams, yogurts and pretty much the whole spectrum of flavors out there. I have for the time being stopped blending tobacco blends but in all of my attempts the one thing that reminded me of that taste was sampling the unflavored nicotine. My palate now is pretty keenly aware of the nuances of the MFS base and although I am not seeking to create tobacco mixes, I still don't mind the hint of it at 3mgs. A friend of mine that originally recommended that I try vaping said to think about it tasting like that time you smoked a cigarette and it tasted and smelled awesome (granted we all used to chase that but in all likelihood realized that it makes you sick, stinky, and tastes lousy most of the time); he was right, save a dry hit or some really awful juice (bad coil etc) every vape is so much better than smoking.
Time to amend that prenup!
My wife needs a higher nic level that me to stay off the smokes. I think I'm going to remind her of that when the next two liters of nic base arrive if she laments the loss of more freezer space.
My wife is pretty good about me having two coleman 6 pack coolers (ea with 6/120ml BR's inside), especially considering she doesn't smoke or vape...she does chew nic gum still since quitting 14 years ago...good thing is that she doesn't do any of the cooking - I do ...I may have to get a dedicated lil freezer soon since my nic is hurting my ability to buy food stuffs on sale.
