I hadn't actually noticed. But, it's true! I used to dread it when the Doctor put the stethoscope on me and told me to inhale. Wow, I really can now ... without wheezing, without coughing! Not quite looking forward to a Dr. visit, but it would be interesting if I had a regular one who is familiar with me, just for comparison.

I noticed changes right away with vaping..don't have to hit the inhaler as much at night (did you know they contain CFCs?) I went for a mush a while back and was thrilled that my hard breathing wasn't from having my lungs full of smoke but from pure exertion (contrary to what people think, mushing dogs is actually a pretty good work out..you have to use a full body motion to help "kick" all of you uphill!).
The other day I was taking a nap on the couch, and went in to a weird half awake/half asleep state. I could hear my breathing very well for some reason, and in that state realized I wasn't wheezing and bubbling like I normally do. I hope it continues to get better! On the down side, quitting analogs has put my body under some stress and is causing problems with my chronic conditions. Really hoping that one gets better eventually.
