Hello,

I have been vaping for 8 days 24mg VG based last 4 days. Zero analogous so far. I tried to force myself couple times into one to test affection to it and I couldn't take the disgusting taste.

I have so much urge to deep breathe and I keep doing it without intention while I am not vaping. I can clearly notice it. What a feeling it is. Full of Joy.

Last 3 days, I am having some tight lungs feeling for an hour /day and I think I know this very well. It used to happen to me after working out while I was smoking. It is like your brain was looking for more oxygen and the lungs are not bringing enough air in. Then when I smoke again my brain stopped asking for more oxygen and the tight lungs feeling goes away.

Could this be a healing process my system going through exactly like when I used to work out during my smoking years. I did not have yet strong work out since I stopped smoking to see what will happen. I am looking forward for it and I'll update here to track my progress.

I know this post should go under the health section but I still can not post over there.

Yes it is normal , short of breath happens to those who quit smoking even without using the ecig. google for what happens when you quit smoking, you will find that a lot of unexpected things happen
It will pass in a short amount of time.

This is the stage I'm at. I can deep breathe like never before at times and at others, I find myself so short of breath that my pulse is racing (I'm at 0mg so it's not a nicotine thing).
