Norfolk shop is call for service only. The sidewalk is clear right now but CALL ME before you come. 757-705-1257.
I do not advise trying to drive here. There is severe flooding in several parts of Norfolk. It will probably get worse today so don't go out unless you really need to. Stay safe everybody and don't forget to charge all your batteries!

Hope you guys made it through OK Mac. Seems we were spared the brunt of the storm. I am truly sad to see the photos I have seen coming from the Northeast. I am glad we were spared but I am sad it happened to anyone.
We are fine. The storm did disrupt business a bit. But honestly we dodged a bullet on that one. When Sandy was over us the eye was over the ocean.
At this point all I have are precoiled wicks made of nichrome. I am still waiting for someone to convince me that the rumors about genesis style atty's being worth the trouble are true. I got something like a dozen local vapers to come work with me as such and still am not convinced. I'm open to the concept. But current builds on that front simply have not impressed me.

darn, the one that died came with the kit I bought from Ella figures it died after the warranty

Are you sure it's your charger and not your battery? Are you using an auto or a manual? Is the MAH rating 180 or 280?
both the battery I got with the kit and the ego vv passthrough don't charge anymore, the pass through has a display and doesn't show that it's being charged like it used to, the charger which usually has a green led when not doing anything (or after a battery is done charging) is a red LED ALL the time no matter what, unless I disconnect it from usb
oh and the guy at the store said it was $21 which is more then I had so went and got 2 packs, and waiting for payday
edit: oh about the mah I'm pretty sure it's a manual smoktech ego style(510 connection) 650mah battery the other one I got online is a 650 mah ego vv passthrough

Sounds like it's shot. I wonder what killed it. Are you going direct in to a computer or using some type of wall adapter?
Sorry for the confusion. When you said 510, I thought you meant a mini which works on the 200ma charger. They are 5 bucks cheaper. Those aren't good for larger battery types. You need the 420ma charger which works on 650MAH batteries and up. If you bought the battery in a kit from us and it's not a passthrough then it's a 900mah not 650. The passthrough 650 and standard 900 are the same size because the passthroughs have more electronics.

mostly at first but then both usb on computer and a wall adapter with a usb connector that came with the passthrough cable and passthrough battery
and the battery I got in a kit IS a 650 cause it's smaller then the passthrough it goes to basically this metallic ring on the passthrough after the ring is the + and - buttons the display and the passthrough connector (plus the info about the passthrough said it was a 650 mah)
