Yup, i went there! hehe:cool:

Sadly i had a problem with a battery i got with my 510 kit at the end of the 2 wk "warrantee" if you will, I contacted Vicki, explained how i was using it. She not only explained the workings of the battery but replaced it. I told her i would return the "defective" battery on my dime. when the new one showed up (quick as hell) there was an extra shipping envelope with prepaid shipping label on it. Cignot has my business!
