Ok so I baught the disposable e cig from somewhere, the No7 one... anyways, I was getting weak hits and figured it was to dry, so I blew into the ecig to get the wick wet, then drag. It seemed to work ok, but apparently I flooded it... and that's when it all started.
So apparently the battery knows when its flooded (ohms drop probably) and it wont fire up the atty. The battery works like normal but when its hooked up to the atty it faults out the battery and resets after about 5 mins or so. So I decided, heck, lets tear it apart.. lol oops, maybe I should have just let it dry on its own... anyways, I took it apart and found the inner workings to be quite simple... However after taking it apart drying it, and checking all connections I reassembeled it, the oms read 3.6 so its not a closed circuit that's faulting the battery, what can it be? why wont it fire up? Tonight I'm going to hard wire the atty's coil to external power and see if it fires up, which it will. but does anyone know why my battery faults out when I test it? There has to be an easy reason, other than a shorted atty. Can anyone offer any advice in this situation? I have a starter kit in the mail, but I like to fiddle with crap, and I am bored...
