Mack, contact sales@notcigs.com I'm guessing since it's a Pro, it's still under warranty so it should only cost you the shipping back to Mike.
Yep under warranty , we had some early issues installing these so some got by us and may pull out ! use the RMA form , under the shipping area on our site to send it in .
I may have mentioned this before, but here is another opportunity to add my 
now, I don't have any issues with how my Infinity Pro performs, it is outstanding, thank you for a superbly performing mod !!
and I sincerely mean that ... I'm even thinking about buying a Buzz Pro 
since they both have the same innards, I know I'd be happy with the performance, and most everything about it
except for that button
I know it has been said the reason it was chosen was because it has proven to be a reliable 1 million cycle button on a different product ... or similar words to that effect, pardon if I didn't quote precisely, I'm paraphrasing from memory
there have been several button issues and threads about broken buttons, buttons falling out, buttons that have sunk deeper into the tube, buttons with a mushy feel, ppl picking at their buttons, etc, etc ... mine ain't broke, I just can't find the darn thing that tiny little button is the weakest link in an otherwise, almost, perfect mod, imho
I've seen the button from under the top cap and thru the tube from the bottom ... it sure looks like there is enough room to put almost any size button there, with a slightly larger button hole in the tube
of course, there is probably a darn good reason why no other button would work
the largest, tallest, most comfortable, rubbery feeling and positive click feeling button is on a Go-go battery ... at least 2x the size, twice as audible, and a soft silicone rubber feel ... and from China
this is a single, sealed, big batt, 1300 mah, not quite the diameter of a BP ... I tried to delete the attached pic, it doesn't really show any detail of note
there must be a similar button available made here ... I'm not that ham-fisted but after almost two months with my IP, I still have a hard time finding and pushing that tiny little button ... I've even tried vinyl tape to isolate the button
of course, it would probably cost too much to retrofit, tube re-drilled, new connections, cost of the button, labor, etc
I would might try it myself but unsure how the button connects and fires and I don't wanna muck it up and be without
it is the absolute best mod I've ever used, and I do love the performance, just not the button

I love my IP, BP, and OG Buzz (all have the same button) but I wouldn't be opposed to a button change on subsequent models either, IF a bigger button could be found with specs as good that didn't add too much to the price.
I think the reasons that Mike has stuck with that switch is that it's the best, least expensive one he can find with those specs and it's tiny enough to make assembly easier.
It's tighter in there than one may think. I tried to remove and replace the guts of a BP that I repaired the veneer on and I failed miserably. Had to send it back to Cali for a rebuild.

it's not by any means the least expensive for that size, current, and form factor switch.
Sorry to hear about your IPro, Mack. But Notcigs has GREAT customer service and will have ya back up and running in no time.
About the button in general, I'll admit that before I got my BPro, I wasn't digging the look of that tiny orange button. It reminded me of that little black (hard) button that some other mods have. I have those "other" mods and I hate it, that button hurts my fingers after using awhile, it's like repeated being poked by a toothpick. LOL I press the button with the side of my thumb, it's something I've always done and now it's a habit. I don't know, maybe it's because after years of gardening, cleaning and plain ole abusing my fingers, the sense of touch isn't so great on them anymore. The outside edge of my thumb though is extremely sensitive. (All of my fingers are the same, the feeling on the sides of them is greater than what's on the center of my finger tips. No wonder it hurts so dang bad when the nurse sticks me on the side of my finger with a needle to test my blood!)
That being said, I LOVE the little, tiny, soft orange button on my BP and IPro. It's cushioned, not jabbing me to the point of making my thumb sore! It is also easy to press in, not stiff like some of the bigger buttons, and takes very little effort too. Some of the other buttons out there really gave my fingers a workout, I ain't kidding about that either. LOL
I also use the side of my thumb to always find/feel for the button too. When I run it over my BP or IP, the side of my thumb will always find the bottom edge of the cutout housing the button. You know, for some strange reason I am always playing with that. I don't pick at my button like some say they do, I rub my thumb against that edge, that's another habit. It's like I'm checking a knife for sharpness. LOL

Yeah, I didn't know what they cost. I just assumed that that must be part of the reason that Mike sticks with them. they do seem to last a while though. My OG Buzz still works fine after 14 months. Still use it too.
the alternative button I suggested is by far, softer, more comfortable, easier to find by touch and much easier to click than the orange one ... I doubt many of you have tried a Go-go big batt button, I have, it is better than the orange button and completely different than the "other" hard button mods referred to ... anyone would definitely notice the far better soft silicone rubber comfort/size ergonomics ... as I said in my original post, I'd like to buy a BP for a backup ... but not with the same button ... and I wouldn't be opposed to an individually charged cost retrofit ... I can't find it, I can't push it, it irritates me every time ... how many times do you push yer button in a day ?

Bbb, you certainly won't get flamed for your opinion on the button! Some love it and some hate it. I have gotten used to it and it doesn't bother me, but a change to some type like you mention would be a nice addition as long as it had the same 1mil clicks.
I love the button but it seems to be the only thing people complain about on this mod.

bbb , I understand and agree to a degree ! LOL , we have had some issues with the switch , mostly it was our fault in assembly ,we have OG Buzzes out there that are 1.5 years old working like champs , In the future buttons will be a thing of the past.
Also there are about 4,500 Notcigs PV;s in the market , so realistic this is a small problem that has been taken care of , we did not design our own switch for obvious reasons , the company that make our switch has been doing it for 50+ years !
Thats a big part of it. Alot of us just see whats on the forum. 50% of the people will only post if they had a issue. The forum is only a small portion of overall customer base.
I cant say I "love" the button. I can say out of all my notcigs PVs only one has ever been to the shop and it had nothing to do with the button.
I can also say I have built ALOT of mods myself and used ALOT of buttons. Quality and consistency is tough to find. Failures happen no matter what button you use. Small buttons are not easy to find on top of that. Most of the small ego type devices are making their own buttons. Thats not really cost effective on this scale.
BuzzKill, that is certainly interesting to hear
how far away is this future for notcigs ?I only ask in anticipation of buying a spare pv ... the current autos never have worked too reliably
I too have old pv's with perfectly working buttons that are almost 2 yrs old
my issue has never been with them working or how long they last ... of course, you as a designer/supplier have to address those issues when designing your build, I do understand that

Long toes LOL < bbb all is good man , I went through tons of choices before this one , the 1Mil cycles was a huge part of it ! , it was a trade off for me/
