So you'll never guess how this happened...

set it down on my desk, it tipped off and hit the floor. Literally no more than just a few feet...

I picked it up, tried to take a vape off of it, and.. nothing...

I noticed it's like the battery is loose just floating around in there. When I shake the mod now, I can hear the battery move around quite a bit, which never happened before. I can't get the menu screen to come up or anything.

I've heard stories of people throwing them at things and they're fine, yet mine falls off a desk onto carpet literally 3 feet high, and it's broken?? You've got to be kidding me.

Anybody else hear of anything like this happening?

try contacting provape and explain what happened and tell them it was only a few feet, see what they have to say!

Try stretching out the spring that contacts the battery.

Turn it upside down and remove the cap and battery. Look down inside the battery tube and give it a gentle shake side to side. Is the circuit board loose? If not,do as Paul just posted and you should be good to go.

I dropped one of mine (only once) on a linoleum covered concrete floor and it compacted the battery spring. Once I stretched out the spring a wee bit and it was good to go.

Try stretching out the spring that contacts the battery.

That seemed to do the trick! I thought I did that the first time, but I guess it was able to stretch even more. Thanks!

Oh I was so sorry to hear about your little accident but so happy to hear it worked out and is fixed now. There's two kinds of vapers......ones that have had accidents happen and ones that will have accidents happen. Glad this story has a happy ending.
