Ok, I can not afford to keep spending $100 for juice that doesn't last me a full month. My finances are limited and I chain vape. So, I purchased my first DIY Kit for $80 shipped 2 day express. I've downloaded the calculator and been watching lots of video's and reading up on making my own juice. I'm so excited to start this phase of my vaping experience.

Does your calculator let you put in what you paid for the various ingrediants so you know what your eliquid costs per ml?

My starting order was from myfreedomsmokes and was $100. That got me 1 liter of 100mg nic (which should last me 3-4 years), 1 liter each of PG and VG (about a year supply for me), some miscelaneous mixing supplies, and one flavor. I've been vaping on that single flavor for several months, (I didn't smoke 10 flavors of cigarettes.) So my cost is about 2 cents per ml x 6 ml per day = 12 cents x 365 = $45 a year more or less. I like my simple mix better than any pre mix I've tried and I like that there are no sweetners so my coils last a week+ instead of a couple of days.

GIven the government pursuing us like we are tax cheats everybody should put some nic in the freezer even if you're not ready to mix. I put it off for months. I didn't need to. I mix 210 ml batches in about 15 minutes.

Just ordered the starter kit from MFS. Got the 17% discount with their coupon. So glad you told us about this. It was so much easier to get a starter kit then add to it as you need to. Especially for me since I haven't even mixed my first batch yet.

Your first couple of batches will be slow and clumsy, then it will get routine and fast. If you insist on being Chef Vape there will be lots of wasted material but if you can settle for a good tasting vape, that's free for pracitclal purposes, the challenge is small.

P.S. the single flavor I started with is Cuppucino by Capella mixed at 3.5%. My vape buddies at the shop liked it too.

Thanks. My first batch will be a Root Beer Float using Root Beer and Vanilla Ice Cream. I want to try a 20% flavor with 1.5mg of nicotine. I may mess this up on the first batch, but I'm going to start making only 15ml bottles. If I can master the Root Beer Float, I'll make larger batches and then move unto other flavors. I'm really trying to get into fruity flavors but I'm hooked on French Vanilla right now. I cannot seem to break away from it. I'm hoping the Root Beer float will break me free from the French Vanilla. I'm not the coffee or tobacco fan so I stay away from those flavors.

My priority is staying off analogs. I have been vaping for over 4 years after smoking for 2 packs a day for over 30 years. I feel so much better. I smell good, my house smells good, and I can vape in my house and car with my non smoking/vaping husband and he doesn't mind. My doctor even lets me vape in his exam room. So I am not looking to be Vape Chef LOL I just want a good tasting safe juice to vape:)
