Does Bryces Vanilla Custard need 2 be steeped or is it good out of the mailbox?

I bought a big bottle of Bryces Vanilla custard and right out of the mailbox it was awesome. A couple weeks later it was so bland I quit vaping it. Enjoy it now for the flavor will fade fast.
