Bubble Gum to maplely-wood

Hi All, Got a question.

I bought a Vision Spinner and it arrived today. I bought a Protank II and it arrived today. I checked the bottom coil to make sure it was the correct ohm rating and it was seated correctly. It came with the Protank, so it is also new. I charged the battery. Assembled it. I put the Bubblegum juice in and let it sit so that the coil threads could get soaked.

It tastes like maple and wood.

Is this the taste that people say when its "burnt"?

I just changed the coil and lowered the volts to the coils bottom end. Still there...

It may be a burnt taste. But maple and wood sounds kind of nice. I know when I get that burnt flavor it's so bad I almost want to vomit. But then again....taste is subjective (our mantra!).

Did you allow the wick/coil fully saturate before trying to vape? What are the ohms of your coil and what voltage are you using on your spinner?

How does the juice smell? Does it smell like it should taste?

Its a cooked wood. I am just learning about ohms and volts. I may have burned it. Am grateful it was a free sample flavor (bubblegum). Thanks for your resohnse.
