Buck Naked Problem?

Hello, everyone! My mother just bought a Buck Naked Escape and she's having problems working it.

The instructions say to wait until the light is green when you're charging, and then pull out and you're ready. She tried clicking the button five times within two seconds, and then the light flashed three times and she clicked the button another five times. However, nothing is happening.

She's certain that the tank and whatnot is set up right, sooo can anybody help?

I apologize, because I doubt this is the right place to put this, but I do hope that one of you fine people know what to do!

I'm not familiar with that exact stick, but I'm sure it's just an Ego clone... Generally speaking tapping 5 times quickly will turn it on if it's off and off if it's on... Tap it 5 times quickly and then depress and hold the button while dragging... Did you get vapor? If not, tap 5 times quickly again and try now...

If you still aren't getting vapor then it's possible the coil is bad. Make sure the atomizer is screwed down all the way... Make sure nothing (like a piece of paper) is stuck down keeping it from contacting the pin... If that still isn't working, then you may want to try to find a local B&M to take it to for help.

If you have access to a multi-meter you could test the battery to see if it is producing voltage when you hit the button.
You could also check the charger to see if it is working as well. I've noticed that the chargers for the stick batts are not very robust and often they fail not the battery.
