I have a firm policy-- when I receive great customer service, I give public kudos. This policy both rewards the behavior AND builds credit in case I need to complain. 
Today, I build a few credits. Upon opening my latest package from Bucky's Bargain Basement (Buckys Bargain Vaping, Online Store), I was pleasantly surprised to discover EXTRA stuff! Two iClear clearomizers and 15 (!) extra heads.
I have to tell you, I was tempted to keep my mouth shut....but I'm a good girl.
I emailed Bucky. I expected to return them (even had a box ready), but he insisted I keep them! Yea! I've been wanting to try them after Phil gave them such a good review...
So, here I sit smiling with a great battery stash, several new Boge carts and a loaded iClear that has my name on it.
