I've been lurking around this forum for awhile and eventually took the plunge to buy one of these devices after much research. When I first heard about them, Njoys caught my attention, then I found this forum. Eventually I narrowed it down to janty or 901. I decided for the DSE901B blue led after seeing more recent negative reviews for the janty. I bought a kit from Phil from e-smokeytreats which came with 2 complete units and 15 carts. I bought some extra carts, some juice, and another antomizer to get free shipping. Phil was great, quick to respond, corrected an obvious mistake I made ordering the wrongs carts, and shipped out my item priority quickly so I got it fast and was very happy so far.

When I got them, it was nicely packaged and build quality was very good imo. I tried the vanilla med and they worked wonderfully. Haven't needed a cigarette so far but I probably still need a few more days and have some minor getting use to. Though they seem to be positively working for me.

I'm happy with the 901b, thanks to the posts from people of this forum that lead me to these.

is the DSE901B the black mini from puresmokes? is that what you are referring to? if not, which company/brand?

Welcome nshock, think you picked the right one and got the necessary accessories. Enjoy and keep us posted how your doing!! Pretty soon a analog cig will taste terrible.

I am still getting use to this, but honestly these will be more easy to adapt since I am still sticking a stick in my mouth and getting the smoke sensation like I do a cig. I guess we'll see if it works if I don't go berserk after a few days from not having a regular cig.

Haha ... So it looks like you are trying to give up analogues completely right off the bat ?!?!?! Good Luck!

There are lots of people that are successful like that ... other take time to fully make the switch ....

Good luck ... IMO ... I think you should try an analogue cig in about 2-3 days time only to see what a huge difference there is taste wise! Its amazing how fast your taste buds bounce back after quitting analogues ... Soon, they will taste horrible! :)

I was already starting to hate the reg cigs since my state starting selling fsc cigs last week. I am not sure if its mental or not, but I swore it was getting me sick, even before i realized the pack was an fsc pack i was getting sick. For me, I think its a good time to switch over before I get too use to the fsc bull crud.

So I am highly determined to make this work :D.

Wow! That is quick! I never realized how bitten tobacco really was until I tried one weeks after I started esmoking ... Real smoke tends to make my lungs feel "full" ... something ecig vapor doesn't. That is what mainly turned me off!

Good luck nshock! we're all rooting for you bud!

huh? aint never heard of those. can you explain? are they a specialty cigarette or something commonly found at any fillin' station where ya live?

My state recently past a legislation requiring all cigarettes be FSC which are cigarettes that stop burning if left unused and all brands have to be FSC that are sold in my state. From what I know about 22 states require cigarettes be FSC.

I can't show you a pic because I haven't posted enough, but on a pack of cigarette where the barcode is. The letter FSC appears on top.
