Okay so what do people think of this for a set up?

100% VG juice
Kanger Protank-2
Joye eGo-C Twist Variable Voltage 650mAh Battery

Anything else I need?

I would actually recommend instead of the Kanger PT2, go with an iclear16. I use a similar setup (ego-c Upgrade 650 Mah & iclear16 w/ 2.0 ohm coils)and get as much vapor from that as I do with my MVP2 and PT2. Vape is much "warmer," flavorful and easier/lighter to carry in my pocket. Only downside is that its a real juice hog. :)

If I could get one more question in though, for on the go what cigarette shaped ecig would be recommended decent for vape?
I would not generally recommend something shaped like a cigarette. When I'm "on the go" I often carry something pretty much like what you're getting. There are "cig-alikes" that people on the forum recommend, such as the Joyetech eRoll and Smokeless Image's Volt, and you can look up those threads, but I think what you're getting will be better. :)

Depending on how you use it, a 650mAh could last maybe 5-6 hours, after which you'll need to dedicate an hour or more to charging. A higher mAh battery would be lengthier and last a bit longer.

Take this advice. Given the cost difference between a 650 and 1100, I would ONLY choose the larger one. Further, give how cheap some mechanical MODs are how cheap 18350/18650 batteries are, you may even go there. rebuilding a coil to lower ohm to work with 3.7V batteries is trivial. Anyway, don't get a 650mAh battery. You'll kick yourself.

Ok... i second the advice about evod/protank II/iclear16.
The former two are bottom-coil (cooler), the last one top coil (hotter).
Good everyday devices that should outperform any cigalike easy with a vv-battery, like the ego twist
or vision spinner.

For max vapor on the cheap with this set-up i recommend throwing in a 1.5-1.8 ohm LR 510-atomiser, like this one
510 Bridgeless Atomizer - Stainless - 1.8 ohm
and a drip-tip. Then drip directly on the coil... that will give you max flavor and vapor... a lot more than above devices, but since it requires more attention, i'd still get one one of those clearo-tanks, when you just want to vape without any effort.
There's guides to dripping around... like this very good one: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/blogs/the-ocelot/4005-drip-drip-drip-sound-dripping.html
