Help needed: last week I got sick and couldn't vape. Prior to getting sick I had built my Igo W and my kayfun 3.1 firing both of them on my Chi - you. Both worked (Igo W was built with the help of a local b&m). Now neither will fire, I thought the battery went dead, put it on the charger over night, still won't fire. So I tested my Nest tank and my pro tank II on the chi-you, they fired. Why won't my builds fire now?

Make sure you have contact, no battery rattle. Press on your telescopic pin on the 510 and make sure it's making contact on the kayfun and Igo from the inside, then make sure the contact is on the battery also, top of the mod. Screw out the telescoping pin to make battery contact.

Sometimes when you screw on a "deeper" 510 device, then put back another, the 510 pin has been pushed away and will not contact the atty. This happens to me when going from a dripper to a Kayfun and I have to push the contact in to the Kayfun.

Other than that, you may have a short in the atties. It's unlikely to have it in both of them, however. Just make sure the coil is not in contact with the deck on the Kayfun…hope you get it going!

Nevermind, I missed that you'd already solved the problem

 yeah, what he said.

On my stingray, the switch contact is so large that when I use Efest Purples in it, the batts insulation can sometimes get in the way and create a no contact connection. Have to unscrew it and make sure it's sitting just right before tightening.

Since there is no circuitry with a mech, when it doesn't fire, only 3 possible points to look at, the switch, the 510 connection cap, and the 510 center post of the atty.
