Was hanging out in the rba forum when I came across this thread on the so called "dragon coil".
Now my ss and micro coil setup in my rsst was working magnificently, but I'm a fiddler, so I couldn't help myself..
Wrapped some 28g kanthal 7/8 wrap around the tip of a needle tipped bottle I had lying around. Came out to .8 ohms
Stuffed some cotton ball underneath it, right above the wick hole (effectively turning it into an "auto dripper" as rip tripper calls it) and saturated.
Now the vapor production isn't QUITE as good as with my ss setup, but flavor has increased 2 fold.
Overall, I like it! Super easy to replace the cotton once it starts to go, and great flavor/TH. is suggest you give it a try!
