Built my first micro coil for pro tank 2

Question for the veterans... so I built the coil with 6 wraps of 28ga kanthol ..coming in at 1.1 ohms ..I want to get to 1.5 ohms do I add more wraps or more space between wraps? Thanks in advance..

No problem. I do like to use 30g on my protank heads. Seems to heat up a little faster than 28g. Also if you go to low ohms to hot the insulator burns. I keep mine around 1.8, cotton wick.

I ended up getting 1.6 last night adding another wrap and heating it up and compressing it even more..next is attempting the dual coils for the aero tank.. oh boy..lol

If you find an effective/hassle-free way to make the dual coils without having them short out will you please post a tutorial? I have a friend who wants me to build him some in his aerotank and all the attempts I have tried have turned out taking way too long and a lot of shorting.
