Not satisfied. Okay I brought a ecig from ebay the atomizer was a 801 part number and I was totally blown away for the first week. I normally smoked by dripping a couple drops of epuffer liquid on the atomizer and it would smoke all day. Now my e-cig actually arrived on the 1st of August. Today the atomizer died and all last week and this week it produced low smoke and was a total pain in the .... We need to find a way to clean these or a place where picking up ten at a time is not going to crunch the wallet to bad. Does anyone know how I can do this. I tried the cleaning techniques on here but honestly they are not that good and nothing gets the atomizer that fresh new feeling. Ecigs are awesome but damn can it be pricey.

You say you have tried cleaning techniques, what techniques have you tried?

Every time I clean mine, its like a brand new virgin ecig :)

I use the 50/50 Vinegar-water solution. Soak for an hour. Rinse well and shake several times. Blow hard, let dry completely overnight. Few drops of eliquid in the morning, let settle for a good 20-30 minutes. stick in a new cartridge and after 40-50 puffs, you should be good to go.

o... and I'm one of the people that believe atomizers don't last more then 3-4 weeks. Just my opinion of course. I even have a couple atomizers that have lasted 5-6-7 weeks. I just feel the average lifespan (crossing all models, shapes, sizes) is 3-4 weeks.

I tried the water, and using soap then drying with a hair dryer. I also tried rubbing alcohol, hydrogen peroxide and lemon juice. Neither worked. I read someone using a pin to scrape their atomizer so I tried that and I was a little rough and broke the atomizer. So now I would like to just buy 10 atomizers. So in the event one goes down I have nine others. Do you know of a place I can just buy atomizers in bulk? Next time I will learn to be more careful but for now it sucks because I am back to regular cigs until my package arrives.

By the way, after my atomizer broke I took it completely apart. What I found was dried, caked goo from the liquid. I bet I was dripping too much and that clogged up the bottom of the atomizer to where I could not get a good draw. There was no way conventional methods were going to clean out all that gunk. The goo was underneath the main atomizer part you can see right before the battery hook up.

Does anyone know where to buy in bilk? Have you checked Cashme's puresmoker site in the link above? :) $9.95 per atomizer- you certainly can't beat that price, and I can confirm they work very well :) at his prices, you can buy ten for what you would pay for just one in a normal kit. SmartFixx charges near $40 for just one atomizer!
