MWA,
Are you confusing test limits with test results?

To those that care, yes I am currently using E.D. VG.
I have measured the density, and the water content seems to be minimal.
The viscosity (uncalibrated device) seems to be about the same as any VG I have ever used.
I've never had thin VG that has been diluted intentionally with water, or unintentionally by extended atmospheric exposure.

The PG I am using also came (indirectly) from E.D.
Same reasonable results on density.

Note that some juice vendors resell E.D. PG and VG.

I would be more concerned about how many times the VG and PG has been repackaged since it was produced and how long it has been shelved before I got it.
I could care less if anyone uses this brand or some other brand, and

I sure hope everyone considers my post SPAM.

BTW, I don't think it is wise to link to that other (cough, cough) forum :)

Just a note for people who may be concerned. I read the MSDS on their PG and it clearly states not to be used in Fog machines. I assume this is because it is not considered safe for inhalation. I emailed them asking to please clarify this, I was sent a response saying "Tech please assist in this issue" and it was CC'ed to some other email in the company. After never receiving a response to my question I assume their PG is not considered safe for inhalation. This was approximately 3 weeks ago.

MSDS generally contain generic information based on acceptable exposure limits and cautions about storage, transportation and cleanup.
Many vendors, suppliers prepare an MSDS when the product is handled by workers in their facilities (required by OSHA).
Some cut and past from other sources. Search for MSDS sheets from some of our suppliers.

Purity levels are the defining factors that determine how safe or unsafe this product is for us (except for inhalation, because that is an unproven quantity for vaping).

From a well respected PG producer:
In general, Dow does not support or recommend the use of PG in applications where inhalation exposure or human eye contact with the spray mists of these materials is likely, such as fogs for theatrical productions or antifreeze solutions for emergency eye wash stations.

DFDF,
IF the COA is from someone like Dow Chemical or P&G, it may be listed as a "Product Specification".
IF the process has demonstrated stability, and regular testing confirms product purity, a statement that it meets
"Product Specification" can be issued rather than a specific test report of the bottle you buy :)

There are specific tests required for ALL USP grade PG and VG. Even if imported.

Brand differences of rather pure USP Grade (which for advertising purposes, made also be called Food Grade) usually come down to subjective or perceived taste or flavor attributes that don't seem to be founded in real chemistry.

I have a perceived dislike for Walmart/CVS Glycerin. Probably just as good as any other brand, but causes subconscious gastrointestinal issues for me :)

Short Answer: Yes, COA of the batch, or conformity statement of purity from a long running stable process.

I've already made more posts here than intended, but just to clarify:

I am not a Fanboy of Essential Depot. I am currently using their products and they seem fine to me.
When it comes time to buy more (in about a year) I will search for a good deal on what I consider to be a quality product.
I will talk with a knowledgeable person at that vendor, by phone, one on one, with pointed questions and expect reasonable answers.
If I can not get through to someone that seems to know what they are talking about (not reading a script), I will go elsewhere.

Get 'comfortable' with the brands, vendors you use for PG, VG, Nic, Flavors, etc.
Don't buy until you are satisfied with the information you get, or don't get.
