Hi folks I am looking to get out of my current Ecigs Tornado tank & SD11 and have been looking at the Bulli Smoker and the Provari,I like the idea with the Bulli of being able to make your own Attys,or re make them should I say 
can anyone give me a few pointers pros & cons of each so I dont rush in and buy the wrong device 
Also with the Bulli would I need a meter to measure the resistance when I make the Attys and how hard is it to actually make these Thanks
