Burn my lips

So I got my V4L ultimate kit about 2-3 weeks ago and I was just using one of the batteries and the usb PT, so I decided to use the 2nd battery today to do a lil rotation and give the other one a rest, Start using the battery and when im going to take my 3rd puff burn my lips...... problem is that the battery is a manual once I press the button the first time battery stays on until cutoff and over heat the cartomizer maybe a defect on the battery, I just send a message to costumer service hope they can help me

Are you saying you are letting off the button and it stays on regardless?

Yep, sounds like a bad batt! Customer Service will totally take care of you

Mine do that every once in a while,but never heated a carto that much.I think its some kind of cleaning mode.I have a few batts and they all do it sometimes.

Yep is like the button is staying stuck or something and don’t go off until cutoff.

thats a pretty good question , i use auto batteries and sometime the cartos get hot ...

i thought that means its running low on juice or something... but i am not sure maybe the cartomzier is just done...

From what I've read, it means wait longer between puffs or set it down for a bit because the atomizer is hot. I haven't sucked a cart dry yet on purpose though. When I start having issues getting vapor from a long hit (and i know i've been using it for awhile) that's when I put it down to refill.

The battery is would appear to be having issues if it's not powering down with the release on a manual button. On an auto I don't know. I've heard they're sensitive and will trigger sometimes when they're being carried around.

Yea that's defective bro. Shouldn't be like that. I'm sure they'll take care of you with a replacement. My LED stays on after I remove my finger, but nowhere near that timeline.

yep other battery stays on like 1 sec after I let go, but that’s it and on this one you can see is fully charge and the led is blinking a lil too

My manual battery stays on for like a sec after I release the button. Im sure they will make it right with you. Their customer service is the best from what I have experienced.
