Not trying to be rude or anything but couple hundreds pages back the topic got switched from
the main topic to accessories and sales pitching.
I don't mind it personally but I think the topic is important,
and I am not sure if the original OP question was answered and I missed it?
Did someone develop a way to better keep the fabric (cotton, filling) wet?
Thanks
oh wow
is this why my carto seems to always turn my juice to dark brown color? dont smell any burning when i vape but the color of the juice concern me. i never experience that with my nova or stardust
Welcome to the Burning Thread Houdini and smaldo.
All cartomizers will burn eventually, though with proper care it can be postponed, diminished or hopefully avoided.
The best way to keep a carto from burning is to keep them wet! Syringe fill,
top off early and often and toss the carto when it's no longer performing properly. If using a clear liquid you
may be able to run 6-10 ml. through them before having to toss. With darker sweeter liquids, 3-5 ml. If you notice a loss of absorption, vapor, or taste that topping off doesn't help... it's time for a new carto.
Searching this forum, and as tiburonfirst suggested, taking apart your own used carto (rinse it well first), will teach you a lot about how the way you vape affects the cartos you use.
@Houdini - The general consensus is inhaling burning poly-fill is to be avoided, hence hundreds of pages of this thread. When new products are introduced, they are shared. Everyone has his/her preferences, so it may look like a "sales pitch", but it's actually a post to share information.
I'm sure others with more experience will be along to help too.
