So I finally did it.
I got the perfect build in to my Goblin. A 26g chimney coil, wrapped around 3mm drill bit. It just barely fits in there, but it vapes perfectly. And the lange chimney coil let me take full advantage of the goblins airflow.
There is just one little problem though. The tank gets burning hot, if I vape on it for more than a minute or two.
So what do you guys think? Should I just ignore it? Should I trash the build? Or do any of you know any tricks that might help?

How did you wick it? I haven't figured how to wick chimneys in this tank, can only take 1 or 2 draws and then it dries out. Standard horizontal coils work no problem.

If you chain vaping none stop for 2min, then any tank will get hot. Thats how law of thermodynamics work; constant heat and no cooling.

If you going to chain vape, then get a moist paper towel, fold it 6 times and wrap it around the tank. Then use a rubber band to hold it in place. This will keep the tank cool. But you will have to re-wet the paper towel every 10 min or so. Ive posted pics in Lemo thread some time ago about same issue; chain vaping and tank heating up.

Other solution, is to mount coils higher from the airholes, but you will lose some flavor. This will lower the temps a tad, but its not a permanent solution.

Also open the outer air holes to max position to get the most airflow and dont forget to keep inhaling for another 2sec after releasing the fire button. This will give you additional cooling.

It comes out to 0.6 ohms. I've been vaping it at 44.5 watts. 4-6 second draws, with 10-15 seconds between.

I'm going to re-wick it tonight. If you pm me I will take some pictures of it, and post it. Then I'll send you a link.

Won't matter if it dries out or not, the atty has the property of metal as a conductor, both heat and electricity. The atty will get hot when you vape it without letting it cool down, as you are doing. If you're vaping that much to be satisfied, I would suggest upping the nic level unless you're trying to just fog a room or something.
