I have a brand new Joye LR 510 that I've been using for a couple of days. It has a burnt taste that just won't go away. The one I used before this one (same batch from the same vendor) worked like a champ for over a month. Yes, I blew out the primer and yes, I'm using it at 3.7V. Is there anything I can do, or did I just get a lemon? Thanks!

it might be a lemon. but first check a few things. if you have a multimeter now would be a great time to bust it out and check the resistance. sometimes you get insanlet low resistance a fluke or lemon if you will. you can usually tell this if it goes away when the battery charge drops off to either what its supposed to be or lower. and finally i had a bad experince dry burning one of my 2.5ohm 510s at 5v and it tasted horrid the moment i put juice in. but letting the juice soak through and a couple of blowouts later its vaping like a champ and no burnt taste.
i surmise you might have burned through the juice and accidentally did a dry burn. or it happened before it was shipped out. just try soakin it in the juice by putting 3 to 4 dorps and letting it sit overnight. its what worked for me. but all in all thats just my 2 cents
