Burnt out cartridges?

Hi all,

New to e-cigarettes, I've been using the halo mini-ecig set from thesmokersangel.com and I'm aware that the cartridges burn out if you let them get empty(they're disposables but I've been carefully keeping them topped up with raspberry e-liquid). Anyway, my question is; I can't tell if my cartridges are burnt out :S, the taste I THINK has slightly changed, but it doesn't taste as awful like people say a burnt out cartridge does, so how bad exactly does it taste when they burn out?

It will taste like smoking a filter on a cigarette. Remember that?

If it's actually burnt out you won't get any vapor at all. The cartomizer will be dead or you'll get a burnt taste.

Just keep topping them off. You can't do that indefinitely, they will eventually get clogged up.

Ok Thanks guys So basically just keep vaping until it won't vape anymore? I was just worried about breathing in burnt cotton/fibreglass/whatever it is lol
