I currently use Vapor9 clearos on my AMP XL or Nebula battery. I am getting a burnt taste of something (I'm assuming wick) when I inhale. I dedicate my clearos to only one flavor, and this clearo has only been in use a week, so I'm assuming it hasn't gone bad that quick as I still get good hits with tons of vapor. What do I do? I've only cleaned it once by just putting water in the clearo, shaking it up, repeat a few times...then letting it dry.

Did you dry burn it after you cleaned it? Usually once it's burnt there's nothing you can do but toss it. Just make sure for the future you keep the wicks saturated. When I used ce4 type clearos I'd alway kind of twirl it around in between vapes to make sure it was properly absorbing the liquid.

I always twirl it when it gets low. That was one of the first things I learned about vaping lol. No, I didn't dry burn it since all I had was a Nebula battery (basic 380 mAh non manual), but today I got my AMP XL in the mail, so I can dry burn this time! I didn't think it would need it that soon though, and honestly thought dry burning the wick would burn it out quicker than vaping saturated wicks. Hopefully that's all it was. Thanks

I'd always dry burn after cleaning just to get the gunk off but careful enough not to burn it so its no longer useable. Also if you're a chain vaper like me don't wait til the juice gets low to twirl it around some. Heck, I even twirled it while I vaped! Lol!! Hopefully that's the fix. If not I'm sure others will come along with more advice!

Just dry burned it 4 or 5 times for 3 second intervals. I'm about to fill her up and will let you know!
