Burnt taste

Alright I refilled 2 cartomizers with the same liquid, tried them both but one has a burnt taste? Any ideas why?

I am thinking I might have filled one to much, I am now standing it on a papertowel for a bit and see what happens.

Anyone have any ideas? I have left it sit for a while and blew through it and dried the end...Did I screw this carto?

You probably vaped it too dry before you refilled it and burnt the filler. It's pretty much done for. The new e2 cartos don't have this problem because they have no filler.

Which on tastes burnt the "ovefill" or the other one. My guess is that you may not have put enough liquid in and did not get filler wet before firing it.

Liv2ski - also thnaks for replying! I qill try to add a few more drops just incase but I think i might of screwed this one. Life does go on. I am rather new at filling so I am trying to get a grasp on how much and not to over VAP.

Yup, a burnt taste means the built-in atomizer isn't wet enough and is burning the filter. If you refill it and it doesn't vape, then it's a dead cartomizer and can't be brought back to life.

I ordered mine from Awesome Vapor day before yesterday. They were shipped out today. They were out of the LR E2, but have the regular. They may have xl ones too.

Got me some from there too, you'll also need a hypo needle to fill them. They seem to last longer before you'll need to refill.
So far im liking them.

I just pop all 3 caps and fill it directly. Works just fine.

I always advise to have new empty cartomizers be overfilled rather than exact filled.

New trick ive found is, pop the caps and just put inner 1 back in backwards
