I just got the vamo v5, it came with a kangertech emow tank and two 18350 batteries from fasttech.com. The first day I started vaping it was great no problems at all. Second day I got that burnt taste all day, I tried a different tank and same thing. So what I did was take one battery out and it works perfectly fine now. So what I would like to know is can I only use one 18350 battery or is there something wrong with my vamo????

I'm guessing you probably accidentally did something else without realising it.
anyway, it's better use use those batteries one at a time instead of stacking them unless you follow the battery stacking protocol to keep them matched to eash other.

Depending on which version you got - not all FT VAMO's are created equal - it will have two different operating modes: RMS and AVG and AVG mode is harsh. Push and hold the minus button for at least 10 seconds and see if the display reports what mode it's operating in. This will be the mode it's operating in now on the display, changed from the previous mode.
What is the coil Ohm? What volts or watts are you running? The best bet is to start low on V/W and work your way up to the best taste if it tastes burnt lower the V/W.
1.8 ohm first day i got it I was running it at 8 watts... Next day I was running it at 3 watts and I was getting the burnt taste...
