I can't believe all the problems i'm having with the prodigy.
Now i have the battery charger sorted out, something else is happening.

I push the button, the atty turns on...when i release the button the atty does not turn off.
I have to quickly unscrew the atty from keeping it from burning out.

What a nightmare this thing is.

Great throat hit though when it works.

I have the 801 Prodigy and the passthrough, and for both units, the button needed to be "broken in".

At the end of your puff, if the atomizer is still running, then give the button quick little taps until it disengages.

EDIT: Also, in between vaping sessions, you may want to remove the atomizer and then press/release the button on the unit to break it in faster.

For both, I really had to mash the button down to get it to fire, and then it would stick.
For each unit, after a week or so, the button presses easily and releases easily.

I felt the same frustration at first, but don't give up, it's well worth it.

yes the button releases but the atty's keep burning. So i have to unscrew them fast.

Now, something else has happened since i last posted.
The batteries are charged. I can read 3.1 v and 3.2 v on the other.
The prodigy is dead....does not fire up any more.

I need to return this ASAP so you can diagnose what is going on.
