I think 15% is best for most flavours. I sweetener is a matter of taste. Sometimes I like it more sweet, sometimes less. I would start with 15% and no sweetener and later add more as needed.

I've been sitting with my order for a week, and I just wanna jump in and say I'm extremely pleased. Keoke honey brandy and Maple Bronze are my favorites, though carmel machhiato and ry4 are top-notch, too. Best ry4 i've tried. The rest of my order was single-flavor stuff, which I now just find boring .

Just be patient. The delay is because they are doing the juices the right way (manually with stepping) and it takes time. The same like "fast food" versus fresh well prepared restaurant meal.
I'm pretty sure they will contact you tomorrow. It has happed to me the first time I bought from them too.
