So I currently have the ego c twist 1100. So far I like it and have no complaints. I am looking to buy another battery or two and there are so many options, and people seem to like so many things.... should I try a different battery that the ego twist? I've read good things on here about vision spinners and evods, everything kind of looks the same to me though! I know the provari is supposed to be really great, technically I can afford it but I'm not sure if I'm ready to invest. Unless someone can convince me :laugh::laugh:

Also I've been reading a lot about clearos on here.... on Sunday I ordered some color clearos that were pretty cheap, after doing some reading it doesn't seem to be a brand that people are using. I'll give them a shot but I'm prepared to get a few more (now that I have some additional flavors in the mail especially). I REALLY like the colored translucent clearos, but I can't seem to find them made by the companies people generally recommend for clearos..... any suggestions?

Thanks so much in advance :)

Not sure how long you have been vaping but if you know your going to stick with it then I'm one to recommend moving beyond e go style batteries I had them 2 days before placing an order for a mod. Only you know if your ready for a mod if you are then I will say the provari is one of the best ( to me is the best ) but a lot of people are going to tell you to try out other cheaper mods first to get your feet wet you will get the same thing from a vamo, Sid, zmax, MVP what have you and well you might I don't know......I had the MVP it's pretty good I had it for 3 weeks before ordering two provari and had those for 1 week then ordered another I also have the Provape 1 and to me it's well worth it and you will save money looking for that perfect vape at least mod wise as for toppers IBTanked, aero tank, hyper tank, aspire bdc!

To me, a Spinner is a Spinner. For a baby step up, the iTaste vv/vw 3.0 (own one) is a good smaller battery and the MVP (don't own one) get raves around here but it is a box battery.

For the Provari, there is a real night and day difference between my iTaste 3.0 and Provari. Same volts, same topper, same juice......waaaaaay better vape. Lacks a variable wattage feature but has variable voltage and there have been fewer complaints about the Provari than almost anything else suggested here. If you can buy it, I would buy it. You can read this many times over....more accurate voltage, 1 year warranty, very well built, retains most of it's purchase price, can be fixed after warranty.

I would +1 the Protank II. My daily driver.

Hi Funky, So the spinner/twist are pretty much the same in function. They have the same voltage spread and the same ampere limits. If the eGo-c Twist is working for form and function any of those type will be the same for your purposes. The spinner is generally liked a little better due to the better markings on the dial end.

As far as colored clearos, there are more than you could shake a stick-battery at..... The ones that come to mind...first for me would be the eVod(not totally clear but has clear windows so you can keep an eye on liquid in the tank) the T-3 which is available in many colors as well as the Protank mini all of these would fit correctly on your eGo type batteries and work very well with the voltage available to you. Good Luck. Happy Vaping.

Are the protank mini knock off's just as good as the regular protank minis? I don't mind spending the extra money if it's worth it.
I have one real and 2 knock off's. All function well. I rebuilt my own coils. So I can't speak for the coils that comes with them tho.
Also check out RC200 .... Uses the same coils as protanks and they works great. My daily driver. I use protanks at home as they are heavier with mvp.
Cheers

I'd go with the Aspire Nautilus or the iClear X.1 for clearo tanks. I've had much better experience with them then the Kangers. I have 2 EVODs, a Protank 2, and a PT 2 mini and I have gurgling and flooding issues with all of them. Yes, I've tried every "fix" and "trick" there is. It just becomes too much of a hassle when considering those other tanks give me zero issues.

As far as an APV or battery I'd probably recommend the Sigelei 20 Watt. I love mine. It's a great way to get "DNA 20" features and experince at a price that beats the Provari (which isn't close to a DNA20 power-wise.) It's a good intro to high quality VW/VV devices at a low price. Then you can decide if you want to shell out the big money.

OK, So I went ahead and bought the Provari Mini :p Will these types of clearos we discussed be good for that also? I heard the protank doesn't work well with Provari, does that apply or not apply to the mini protanks?

Thanks in advance :)

The protank mini doesn't work with the Provari at all without an adapter and some people have had airflow issues when using the stock ProtankII base unless you unscrew it a bit. Oddly, I have both and I have never tried the stock base because I always have the Aerotank base on my PTII.

Go to the ProVape forum and hang out a bit. You will not be disappointed with your Provari.

EDIT: Go to http://www.sun-vapers.com/product-category/replacement-parts/

They have colored glass and if you have the coin, just buy the Aerotank. You will wait for ever for someone to finally get the base in stock.
