Buying gear for the first time in years.. TC tube?

Hi!

Haven't posted in years. Been vaping ryo nonflavor salts from my hastur mini(s) on Ehpro 101s for... a long time.

The Hastur Mini seems to be discontinued, and I'm out of glass (last order was 50 about 4 years ago...)

I've got a siren 4 and a berserker mini coming, they both seem very similar to my hasturs.

What I can't find is a replacement/backup for my Ehpro 101s. I'm simply too hard on gear to justify buying a real Dani. I just know I'd bust it.

Any suggestions? HAS to be a single 18650 tube. Fits next to my wallet in my back pocket and I've got too much muscle memory to change now.

Should say thanks to this forum also --- got me off cigs in 2009 and I haven't gone back. Snused for a while (and I still do when I fly) but high nic salts brought me back to vaping.

Yeah, tube mods have gotten scarce, most makers are box or disposable these days.

Might do a search for the Innokin SVD2, or Plexar, some of those can still be had.

Or, go with a holster for a box mod. I use these

and just tuck the flap in. And I hang it just on top of my wallet

Both the 101 and SVD2 (that @DavidOck referenced) are excellent choices.

Thanks for the link @DavidOck -- That's actually a slightly different mod. 23mm and I'm not sure who is cranking up to 75w on a single battery but someone, apparently -- or so the marketers thought.

Yeah, the one you want to replace is, well, gone.

Imo, the marketers went bananas when cloud chasing ruled. Everyone wanted more power. So they could suck dry a 5 ml rta in one whoosh, I guess.

No need to crank it up that high Most of my mods will go to 75 -100 watts, but I tootle along at 8.5. At least I know I'm not stressing the battery or the electronics

Not that I wanted to, but I knew at that moment that I was way too cheap to crank it up, plus I've never been crazy about cloudy days.

Wow! Not my style, but damned nice kit. I'm really, really hard on my gear so I've kept myself from going the provari or Dani routs... Would last about three days. The wife and I went and stayed in a cabin for a week recently and I hadn't packed an extra glass. When I broke it she kinda smirked and fished one out of her peuse for me, snickering. Should note she doesn't vape, but likes me better with nic in me than without

IIRC it was the first tootlepuffers thread that turned me onto salt and the kit I use now...
