Buying in person vs buying online

I bought my first kit online, it still sits in its box in case of emergencies.
second & third kit I also bought after trying a friends piece of kit.
Liquid I buy online as well, we do have a local shop, but it cannot carry the massive selection you can get online, and I often find with the mark up, the P&P doesn't work out that much different, especially if you can get an online discount....plus it's nice getting pressies in the post ( even if I did pay for them )

I have a couple of B&M shops near me. The 1 supplies juice to the other and it is costly. I fully understand supporting your local businesses but at what cost. They charge $47 for a 70 mil bottle!! I did get one on sale for $35 but That was one of the flavors I can't seem to find anywhere else. My step daughter bought a smoov kit with a 15ml of juice for a little over a $100. Too costly, will buy online from advertisers here.

Welcome to ECF first. It's already been said but if you can find a local shop, stop by and check out what they have. If you like the people then buy from them. If I know what I want I'll shop onliine, but I still like to stop by the local shop and visit and help support the local businesses.

Online will be cheaper in almost every situation. I got my first setup in a B&M and I wound up paying close to 3X what I would have online. And that's just for hardware. the juice at my place goes for over $1 a mL. Maybe this is just the case with the store in my town. It is the only one in the area. I'm still for online buying. Waiting for vapemail has become one of my favorite rituals.
