Pure nicotine is one of the deadliest poisons to humans, worse than arsenic by quite a bit. Less than 4ml spilled on your skin can kill you, it dermally absorbed and begins to evaporate almost the instant it touches air. If you find some, make sure you're using a fume hood, glove box, and proper protection. Saving a few bucks on e-liquid isn't worth a very painful death.
