How much nicotine?

Hi

Long story but I am in Spain and am struggling to get Vape juice. There are issues with sending nicotine products in the post.

I can get flavoured juices that don't contain nicotine and I have some nicotine concentrate from the shop in UK where I bought my vape. I have a bottle of 20mg/2%/10ml of nicotine concentrate. How much do I add to a 100ml (or is this too big) of flavouring 80/20 to get a 6mg nicotine juice?

Does that make any sense at all?

Can you tell us again about the size of bottle you have and at what strength? I think you are saying you have 10ml bottle of 20mg nic strength. But am unsure of what the 2% represents?

Base on what I think you have said you only have enough nic base to dilute to 30ml using

9ml of your nic base
12 ml of pg
6 ml of vg
3ml of flavoring which is 10% of flavoring.

This will get you a 30ml bottle of 6mg 80pg 20 vg with 10% flavoring
Doesn't seem to go very far.

Nicotine is measured as mg per ml, so a 10ml bottle of 20mg has 200 mg of nicotine. Take the 200mg and divide by 6 will give you 33.33. You can make a total of 33.33ml at 6mg, 10ml of 20mg nic base plus 23.33 of flavored 0mg

Good luck to you. You may find calculators for smartphone online free, but above answer should suffice for 1/3 your 100mg bottle and you may wish to divide it in thirds anyway. Once you add the nic it may darken, and you can try it in smaller batches.

Hi and welcome,

4 bottles of nicotine concentrate (4X10ml@20mg/ml) added to the 100ml of flavoured 0 nicotine juice will give you 140ml of 5.71mg/ml juice.

That's all it says on the bottle. Nicshot Nicotine Booster. 29mg/2%/10ml. It's from House of Vapes, London.

The chap in the shop added it to some juice I bought when I first started vaping. He added some to a 60ml juice that I think was 6mg to make it up to 9mg. He used about 1/3 of the bottle. He thought 9 would suit me as opposed to 12.

It's all very complicated but thank you for taking the time to reply.

2% is the same as 20mg. Some companies list it as percent. The Juul pods have 50 mg nic and they list it as 5%

I feel bad the the EU has really limited you guys on the nic %. Just buy as many bottles as they will let you so you feel comfortable with your vaping. I hope one 10ml is not too expensive. Is there anywhere that you can buy stronger mg's. I know the shops used to sell @72% mg. Guess they are no longer allowed?

Bottom line: your 10mL of 20mg/mL nic shot will treat 23.333mL of 0mg/mL e-liquid:

and that will provide a total of 33.333 mL of e-liquid at 6mg/mL nic.

To treat 100mL of 0 mg/mL nic e-liquid; you would need a total of 42.857 mL of the same 20mg/mL nic:

which would make a total of 142.857 mL of e-liquid at 6mg/mL nic.

Higher nic ratios will dilute more e-liquid. I think(?; I could be totally wrong) the EU allows a max of 72mg/mL, and if you can find a source for it; you would only need 9.091 mL of it to boost the same 100 mL of 0 mg e-liquid:

which would make a total of 109.091 mL of e-liquid at 6mg/mL nic.

Whatever you choose; make sure you have a large enough bottle to hold both the desired e-liquid, and nicotine concentrate, plus room enough to shake/mix thoroughly.

Once you add the Nic then it should sit for a few days at least to incorporate the nic into the mix. You may get hot spots(or peppery taste) from the nic if you don't let it sit for a few days first to steep. It takes up to many weeks for flavorings in a mix to mature but only a few days for nic to incorporate into the mix.
