haha yeah, i took a look and youre definitely right but its hard to find guys from word of mouth, i tried a couple spots where i used to see them but they look like they moved or got caught. found a guy on IG that looks decent so gonna go with him for now, thanks for the advice.

You can't, can you? Just suck it up as a "tuition fee".

It really isn't that hard to get kit and supplies if you exercise common sense. Be patient. And if you're not patient, go up north and buy there then carry it back.
