I haven't found any suppliers who accept paypal to buy Ejuices and other supplies. Does anyone know of any venders who are good and accept it? I get leary of putting my CC info over the net.

Find a reputable vendor and then ASK them if they take paypal. I've used PP for tons of e-cig purchases. Most people are pretty flexible regarding payment and some even take money orders.

I believe PayPal is still not allowing e-cigarette transactions. To use PayPal, no mention of e-cigarettes, eliquid, etc should be made.
Do you have a paypal debit card? If so, you could just setup a backup payment method there, and use your paypal debit card for transactions. They also used to have a Virtual Debit card that you could use for purchases that would supply a CC number, but I'm not sure if they still have it.
Liberty-flights takes paypal and also totally-wicked. They can take paypal because they are not based in the US. They both ship from their US loctaions so don't have to wait for your items. I have ordered from both with no problems. 
Get a pre-paid card at any store (Wal-Mart, Sams, CVS, Sears, etc.) and put some cash on it then you don't have to worry about PayPal, you can use your card. And you don't have to worry about anyone getting your personal info 'cuz it's a throwaway card; it doesn't have any personal info; except your name and how much is on the card.
Aceofvapes uses PayPal and is a great vendor. And like TomCatt wrote above, Never,Never mention E-cigs or tobacco or E-liquid in the comment to vendor box in PayPal. With the invoice that Aceofvapes sends you you can add a comment there if needed, but don't write anything in in the PayPal.

Super cheap, too. I've used them for 901s and ego-Ts... their juice selection is low but big 30 mL bottles...
