BUZZ - Best Multimeter and Batteries?

I have a Buzz and I changed the voltage so I have no idea what I am at here. What is a good but very reasonable Multimeter to get? I just want to know what I am at so I do not need anything fancy. I have an adapter from NotCigs so I just need a meter. Also I noticed all meters seem to have a dial so what does that get set on?

Lastly.. I am sure its here in the forums somewhere but I purchased the batteries for this from NotCigs.. are there better longer lasting ones anywhere? I have read that AW's are good. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance!

any idea how many turns you turned it ???
there was a thread here for meters a while back , not sure which one . if it is super cheap expect crap , $15 - 20 should get you a decent meter , set it to 20 VDC range

I have AW high drainand they have a lower Mah rating , go for higher Mah ratings for longer run times .
