Well I guess I got spoiled by the Fusions. If I turn down the voltage on DCs I get little vapor but I do get taste. If I turn it up I get vapor along with all the hacking like I was smoking again and the taste is bad. I guess that's why I don't care for them. I like vapor, taste and without all that heat.

I vape at 6v but I adjust my carto ohm's to my heat preference. About 3.2 has been just right in warmth for me at 6v. With CE2's 3.5 is working good and is actually a slight bit warmer do to the coil being closer to my mouth. I don't know how 3.2 CE2's would fare though. They would probably boil my tongue. As far as vapor goes, I use 50/50 to 60/40 ratios to get what I want in vapor production. I do agree that LR isn't all it's cracked up to be. I tried LR cartos when I first started out and they don't compare at all to HV vaping. I'm looking forward to getting the Buzz Pro so I can experiment more with watts though. Obviously I like my wattage high but I would like to see if I can match wattage at lower voltage and still be satisfied. It would open up my carto options since right now I'm in the 'niche' market where my options are limited. I definitely like the clean flavor and life I'm getting out of the CE2's though.

i bought some silver trustfires for the beta, gotta say they dont seem as good as the ultrafires Mike sells.. I did order some of the flame jacketed ones today. Waiting on those now. Ill probably get beat up for asking this but ill do it anyways...
What is the requested return date on these Betas? I ask because of the flamed batts.. wanna give them a try!!

Nice 5C. I have about 13 hours of uptime on my DC so far but I am set at 3.8v All of my testing is on the grey jacket Ultrafires that Mike sells

The reason as I explained in the last post is the IMRs are only 550 Mah and those ultrafires are 880 Mah. I'm not one that bit on the high drain fad. If I was trying to power medical equipment maybe but for e-cigs the regular ultrafires or the flamed trustfires are better I think. They last longer and more importantly they have protection circuits. Oh and the high drains cost more.

The only high drains I have were for an old box mod that is in my "shouldn't have wasted my money" drawer. I doubt I could even sell that Wetbox on the classies :p

And my batts just died on the beta. Gonna call it 14 hours up time 3.8v with a 1.5Ω (metered) DC on the grey jacket Ultrafires.

Here's the really funny part...after not liking the DC that much over the last few days, for some reason it's tasting pretty darn good today!

As an LR NOT person I can't believe how good these clear 1.5 OHM 510s that Isaac sent me. He's done it again. He also sent a DC clear he made but I'm doing LR right now and the DC is a little higher Ohm.

Hey, Bov! I have read several people saying that the DCs have a break in period like atties do before reaching their "bestest" -- maybe that's what has happened?

I'm doing this onew again. I think these batteries are going bad.

That was a failed test because I took the batteries out and put them in the charger thinking they were dead but it was juice in the adapter instead. I'm redoing that test.
But them tests with regular batteries are needed too because everyone doesn't have new batteries Landlord. That is valuable data.
I could just tell that the test I did was flawed somehow and then I found out why.

Pokey, it's funny because I couldn't wait for my batts to die so I could put a Fusion back on. Wanna take a guess what I put on the beta when I put fresh batts in?! Yup, the DC!
