Interesting the ones that came off the BP charger were 4.12 & 4.13.. the ones that came off of Wharfs charger were 4.19 and 4.20. So are the higher ones too high? Is an overcharge bad?

Those voltages are fine Moorea , these are new batts so they take time to adjust , so to speak !

Ehh thats my luck im not surprised lol

Always a good idea to check them wit a MM at full charge a few times with a new charger to make sure they are not overcharging as well :)

Excellent advice, everyone should always check to see what their chargers are charging their batteries to, I am sure there is a lot of variation in these Chinese chargers and I am sure there are a few bad ones out there in the world. :)

4.19 and 4.20 is great, something like 4.25 and over would be too high.

While 4.12 and 4.13 is a little low, it will just give you slightly less time between charges. It is absolutely not bad for the batteries, in fact, theoretically, it is better to not constantly push them to the Max. , ~4.2.

Just got my order, #1830. Isn't the bottom cap supposed to function as a switch? I don't see it doing this, unless I'm missing something. Also, it seems I have a bad connection somewhere. When I first put the batteries in, it doesn't have any power and no LED. If I tap it against my hand, the light comes on and it works.

Edit: Nevermind, just saw the thread about the chrome bottom caps. :(

Sometimes a small amount of gunk will get on the tip of a battery and transfer to the contact on the bottom of the PCB in the tube this usually clears up real quick .Tapping is a great way to clear it.

My purple Buzz Pro #443 arrived! So far I love it! I got the 808 top cap and at first I couldn't get my cartos to work, but a few little tweaks to the carto and BINGO. This is gonna be fun. The Pro seems very well built and the purple is very beautiful. The button is a little smaller than I'm used to, but fires for me every time with no problems. YAY!
