I soooo miss using my Buzz Pro. I purchased it Feb. of last year and boy, I enjoyed it so, so much.... But then it stopped working after a month or so and I resorted to my other mods. Time went by and now it is no longer under warranty. I know I need to call Notcigs to get an estimate on how much it would cost to have it repaired but I've been too afraid to since so much time has gone by. I truly do miss having a nice vape with it though. It IS a very nice mod.... It's still new.... never dropped. I need to get it working once I get some extra funds

Awe Parrot, I surely wish you had gotten in touch before your warranty ran out! Depending on what is wrong with it, a simple repair is $10.95+shipping, or a PCB replacement is $35.95+shipping.

If you decide to get it fixed you need to print, fill out and return this RMA for with your BP to the address on the form RMA form

You can email us too notcigs@gmail.com

What's a PCB??? The issue I am having with it is that the top portion of the Buzz gets unscrewed whenever I unscrew a carto or a tank. It also doesn't fire when I press the button.

The PCB is the internals...the brain :) Sounds like you may have broken the wire that goes to the underside of the cap, it's easy to break if the cap comes off. That would be a simple repair at $10.95.

Gently unscrew the top cap and see if the wire is still attached to the under side screw. If it is, tighten the underside screw just enough to let the wire rotate when you screw the cap back on. Then tighten the outer top cap screw, and see if she fires for you.

If the wire is broken loose, it'll need to be resoldered.

OMG!!!! I got it to work!!! All I had to do is tighten the screw on the top of the 510 connector with a tiny screw driver! I did unscrew the top and all of the wiring looks intact. I am so, so happy I can once again, use my Buzz Pro again..... THANK YOU!!!!

Woohoo Parrot!! You done good  The most important thing is not to tighten your carto/atty too tight. If you do use the Locktite, use it sparingly...a little dab'll do ya!

Got it! Just a dab.... The same way I use Noalox. I just can't thank you enough for all of the help you (and everyone else) has given me. I feel like I just got myself a new mod again ;-)
