Actually I have a guy who is going to do the PRO shots now for trade , I just need a simple old point and shoot for a decent picture , my GF took our old Kodak C533 swimming so I just bid $15 !!! on a used one LOL ! it was fine for my needs.

Thats me I just got a sony cybershot and it works fine for what I do. I got it from a guy in need of dough for $20.00.
There ya go ! I dont need 15meg pixels ! and the C533 did decent close up shots so !!
This is the camera I have. Too bad I haven't found the time to read the manual in the 7 or 8 years I've had it LOL

Thats about what my cybershot looks like. Mine will do short videos too and yours probably does too. Cameras are cheap anymore unless your into Pro Photog and then Most Pros don't use digitals. They have those cameras with actual film in them.
Really? Where did you get that impression? I guess I shouldn't throw away my old Nikon and underwater housing... I thought either Kodak or Fuji had done away with film, but I'm wrong. I guess it was just the positive stuff.
Wow, good deal! I still use my Sony Cybershot DSC-W1 5MP for a point and shoot. It was one of the best compact cameras when I bought it. Although it may lack the flexibility of a DSLR, it takes really great photos. I think I paid about $350.00 for mine, lol.

I'm a gadget doofus! I still have the manual in my camera bag. Hell, half the time I get our Blu Ray player in some wacked out mode and have to get Kevin to fix it!
Yes 5C, my camera will do video but it eats the batteries in a New York minute. I bought that camera to take with me when I went to Belgium and Germany.

These have a taper on the top , it is not rounded like the newer 510 so it has a better look IMO , all of the new top caps will have this taper , ( see I do pay attention to looks at times ! )
Actually 5C, there is almost no film used anymore. My lil' sister's best friend Pro Photog. We went down to LA last year for head shots and turned into a 2 day photo shoot. I talked to him a lot at dinner and there all using high end Nikons and Cannons. It's all shoot in RAW at about 20 MB per photo and there is no loss. He was showing some cool color correction stuff. Pretty fun.
BTW he's shot almost everyone in Hollywood. His favorites, Kevin Costner & Beyonce. Least Tom Cruise.
Then answer me this Wharf,. What are all those automatic film winder noises you hear at press releases and photo shoots? Are they winding the digits?
Funny, I just brought a camera yesterday, its nice and shoots great pictures, its 14MP, its a Nikon, and when I opened the box and pulled it out I was like WTF! Its pretty small but packs a big punch. My dad has several high end cameras with all the lenses that go with them, he got them for free back when we had that big earthquack in California, in 94 I believe, the warehouse was falling apart and they needed semi trucks to move everything and my dad was one of them, but the workers were afraid to be inside the warehouse for the fear of it falling down, so after he loaded and took several trailers to the other warehouse they told him that everything inside this fenced area he could have, so we have every kind of lens you can think of even the Big one which I can't remember the mm size, I think its 500mm not to sure though.
