I grabbed a couple of packs of these and jesus these are airy, its like sucking air through a straw, seriously its that loose and airy., if you used these in an adjustable tank and used anything larger than the smallest hole you wouldnt be getting a good mouth/lung full of vapor, it would be just air.

they are a VERY wet vape too compared to the BDC coils which are a DRY vape, i have always compared the BDC coils to a dry wine vs a normal wine. though that is a bad comparison. maybe more like california dry air and humid air here in Iowa,

either way, wow,, just wow, i am ready to say its too airy for me, but we will see.
i have one of each going right now with the ame juice so i can compare vapor, flavor, etc...
both are the ET-S tanks, which are probably the best tanks i own.

so far the BVC has wayyy more flavor and mostly because its such a moist vapor.
but the BDC has more cloud production, probably because its a tighter draw.

the BVC gurgle very very easily too, its a little unnerving to constantly be checking for leaks. but so far, no leaks.
i think the tank could have done away with 1 of the holes and just went with 3 holes for the coil housing, maybe even 2.

what is going to be interesting is using the BVC in the Aspire to protank adapter i got which works like crap for the BDC tanks... not sure why, but it just doesnt perform the same as an aspire tank... looks better though.

well i gotta say these BVC coils are the most intense pre built coils i have tried to date... no leaks.. and i mean Z E R O.. only the teeny tiniest drop of moisture from condensation.

spitting, gurgling, etc.... yeah its there.. kind of..... gurgling for sure.
I cant burn these fast enough to stop the gurgling, once it starts, because its cotton inside, or at least the pictures i have seen look like its cotton these bad boys suck up juice like a sponge and just keep absorbing, so you could potentially vape at some pretty high watts and not get burnt flavors.
i have to take the bottomg of the coil off and sit the coil upside down and let some drain out to make it stop gurgling, or use 8W (1.8ohm coil)
but i think on a hot day there will be no stopping the gurgles.

the gurgling is because they are so wet,,, but NO LEAKS wow whatever they did to hold in the juice is amazing.

I will say this though they gurgle much MUCH more on a full tank than 1/2 to empty tank. that is with the Aspire ET-S and the Aspire Vivi Nove, both large and mini tanks.
so the negative pressure we have come to know is not happening with these coils. more pressure = gurgling,,, but NO leaks.

spitting into the mouth.. happens but its wierd...for the most part i think the liquid i am getting in my mouth if from the super moist vapor, which really intensifies the flavor. but i still get SOME spitting.
i have some Fairy Blood from Good Life Vapor and the Anise is not as intense as the BDC coils but its still strong.
deadly sin and spook sauce have a new life to be because these coils just really bring out the flavor that i think was meant to be there but never was in BDC and Kanger puke tank coils (yes i said puke) those kanger coils are just garbage and are a 150% last resort for me. crap with almost no flavor compared ot the bdc and bvc.
also have some really nice strawberry kiwi from Hooser and wow,, such a nice juice in the right coil.....

i am thinking of dropping about $100 in coils just to have these bad boys before the rest of the community finds out how crazy good they are.

Aspire BVC - the coil that should have been here years ago.

V_lestat I actually find the opposite to be true about the gurgling, I find I get more gurgle on a nearly empty tank (presumably because I am sucking in some air, and its forcing in extra juice along with it, or it seems that way to me I also get a tiny bit of spitting towards the end, not enough to have bothered me at all though, like spitting microdroplets. Either way, yeah, despite the gurgle, no leaks. And they can take some watts, like 10-14 depending on the juice.

I only have tried the plain old CE5s though, so maybe it is just them, when I start to gurgle, topping it off lowers the intensity of the gurgling.

interesting on the gurgling.
i just ran my ET-S (mini vivi) tank down til the juice was right above the coil and it gurgled for the first half, then nothing afterwards.
if i take the coil out and sit it on a sponge to suck up the extra juice from the top of the coil it is gone for a while but again, if its a fuller tank it will start again.

plus anything above 8.5w almost instantly starts gurgling.
i again assume it is because the coils pulls in so much juice, the extra watts/heat liquifies the juice too much and causes excess.
I am also using more juice than ever with these coils, so it does really burn alot of juice too. - again with the very wet/moist vapor.

now... one thing i have noticed is that with the Aspire Vivi Nova tanks (the larger ones) i am getting some Quality issues with the center post being long enough.
i have one tank, brand new, but purchased to long ago to return, whose post is WAY to short. it sucks juice in because its too short and does not apply enough pressure on the coils top rubber washer.
so. that could be where some of the issue comes into play.

i will take back my earlier statement about the BDC having more vapor.. the BVC is more... for those that care.
heavey VG juice is just clouds of vapor.
i am also experiencing, for the first time, much more throat hit form PG juices.. i never thought it causes much TH on previous coils, but boy the BVC really brings out the throat burn.
higher Nic juices too really have a heavy burning throat hit.

at the end of the day, i loooove these coils and wont be buying anything else.
too bad the anyvape peakomizer is frigging $25 !! i sure do want one.
the silo mini may have to be purchased :)

I have one Mini Nautilus with 1.8 ohm BVC heads. I don't use it much, as it seems to need a higher than average voltage setting to get it to perform at its best compared to other coil heads. This mean my 800mah variable voltage batteries die too fast.

The "Mini" Nautilus is just a bit too fat for me as well, at least on my iTaste v3 and regular eGo type batteries.

I agree with the posters in this thread who judge the Nautilus (with BVC coils) as the best clearomizer currently available.

You already have the Nauty-Mini (with the 1.8Ω BVC's). All you really "need" is a higher powered battery.

How about an iStick...2200 mAh, 3v – 5.5v (20 Watt maximum)...$30-$35 (price changes frequently):

I've been using these BVC coils on my Aspire ET-S, and they work really well, but (there's always a but...) I'm constantly getting little bits of juice spitting into my mouth! Anybody else getting this? If so, know of a fix?

Perfect fix... I now use swivel drip tips on all my atties!

Any up-flowing juice is caught in the round 'swivel chamber' and never makes it to your mouth.

I am running the Beyond Vape Silo Lite with the 1.8Ω Aspire BVC coils. There is no question that the spitting some mention is ejuice. I feel certain of this because the Silo Lite comes with two tips, one large and one small. The small hole tip works great for a little bit and then you get juice in your mouth. If you look at the tip it has collected enough juice to close off the tip. The large hole tip doesn't do this. I thought something was wrong with my tank due to the spitting. I am glad to know others are noticing this as well. I thought I wasn't using enough volts/watts, but more didn't make it better. My second coil flooded badly so I cleaned and went back to the first coil with no flooding. I am running at 4.7 to 5 watts on my iStick which is probably closer to 5.5 to 6 watts in the real world :) with fewer issues. It seems the lower the wattage the less spitting and flooding. I have also gone to a medium tip which provides a better draw and less spitting.

Not knowing what was wrong initially, and being newer to all of this, I thought the coil might not be getting enough air flow as the Silo Lite does not have AFC. I drilled the air holes one size larger which made each hole 2mm and this was not beneficial. I closed one off and it seems to be working better now.

As far as flavor and vapor the Silo Lite with Aspire BVC coils excel when compared to my other Kanger tanks.

I have tried both BDC and BVC coils (1,8 ohm) on CE5-S clearos, personally I found the taste and the draw better on the BDC coils. I found the taste of tobacco flavours, especially, to taste better with a BDC coil - ''rounder'', fuller flavour... I don't have a VV battery, just a regular 650 mah Ego-T, which probably makes a difference. After a few weeks of using them I still haven't experienced any flooding with BVC coils.
