Bwb enters the garden

My original vape was v4l's Dunhall and Kamel. Strong, no doubt, tobacco flavor. My first "keeper" DIY was tob4, again a no-doubt tobacco.

As DaveP mentioned, my tastebuds went all over the place.

Thanks for the info...I will let them sit with caps off and go back in a couple of weeks. If they taste the same, there is no point in trying there other tobaccos. One question...does your cherry tobacco and applewood have a rubber taste on the exhale?...this is what I heard...just curious

I don't get a rubber taste, just the woody flavor that I don't like. There's a hint of the fruit, but the flavor of wood pretty much overpowers it. Like I said, they're just not my cup of tea even though lots of people love them.

Don at BWB uses a 306 LR atty with a drip tip to test his juices. I found that the 306 wakes them up and provides the flavor I was looking for. You might want to try that. It's always a good idea to use the hardware that the vendor uses for the best flavor.

I'm a Malty Toffee fan and I like Virginia and Applewood, also. Coming off tobacco is one of those times when your taste buds are deadened from smoking. If you are a recent convert to vaping, give it a while. When food starts tasting marvelous, vaping will, too.

I saw that some of you are recent members of ECF. When you first start vaping, it takes a while for you taste buds to recover from smoking cigarettes. While you are waiting for your taste buds to recover, Todd at E-Cigarettes , Vaping, Natural and Organic Vape Juices does some organic juices that are, in my opinion, too tasty. Those might suit the taste of those who can't quite perceive the taste and flavor of vaping yet. His organic toffee is so strongly flavored that I need to cut it with another juice to tone it down. There's definitely no hint of flowery taste in Todd's organic juices. They are definitely strongly flavored and there's no confusion about the flavor that you ordered.

Thanks for the info...Actually, the juices have become more vapable on day 2, I have no idea why...they still have the floral taste (that is what I think it is) and I cannot tell the difference between the 3. They do taste better and vape better, I just do not recognize the taste. I guess the flavor keeps coming out as you steep.

I received backo, applewood, honey flue and honey flue nut about 5 days ago... I agree about the floral thing with all of them. I assume it's in their base flavor. Halo freedom had the same thing. With the honey flue flavors I can taste the honey but only as an undertone riding below the floral taste. With the applewood I get the same weird sour exhale as bauway marl

I've been vaping for over 2 years and I would normally write these juices off and put them in the emergency file but since the floral flavor did mellow a little bit after the first couple of days I sat them aside to revisit next week. I haven't tried the uncapped steeping... I'll try that if I still get the strong floral after a week steeping.

Btw... the floral thing we're talking about also kind of reminds me of cheap diet cola.

I have never in my nine weeks of vaping ever waited with such eager anticipation than I did for this juice. I purchased 3 10 ml bottles of:
Honey-flu
Honey-flu-nut
555

I wanted to also get the joker, Casablanca and the ry4, but they were out of stock. I did not want the malty, apple wood or the cherry tobacco based on a review by pbousardo who stated that these 3 tasted like rubber on the exhale so I avoided them. Still, I had to try this juice, everyone raves about it considering bwb the best house for juice.

I had to give it a try. Well, they came today...I dripped the 3 juices into 3 different atties and I got that floral taste...The same taste I got from blue-mist vapor and from velvet vapor...25 juices, all with this floral taste and smell.
I also topped of 3 cartos and I cannot taste the difference between them.
My humble apologies to bwb and to all the people who consider their juice great, but I got flowers.

I tasted no tobacco
no honey
no nut. I cannot tell one from the other. I am very disappointed but that is my subjective opinion on this juice.
If you like tobaccos with this taste, by all means this is the place to go. If on the other hand you want a juice that taste like tobacco, I'm sorry, this is not the house to go to.

I will however let them steep for as long as possible and then revisit them. I will say it a hundred times, a tobacco should not smell and taste like a flower. It is like ordering a steak with ice cream on top...there is no connection.

Now, please bwb people, do not be outside my house with torches, This is just a newbie's subjective opinion on this.

I would like to hear from anyone who has had this problem with bwb. And please people, let's keep this thread on the juice, and not me.

Day 2, The juice is getting better...it is vapable, but still has the floral taste...It taste better also, but I still cannot taste the difference between the 3. Also, I do not even recognize the taste, but it taste good. Go figure

Frankster, just curious. Have you tried Dekangs array of Tobacco's?

the juice i liked the most from bwb is their cola. it was awesome right out of the box. i swear you can even get the "fizzy" sensation when you take a drag. i have tried 10 of their liquids and the cola is the only juice i would reorder. (tried the much hyped ry4 but...it really wasnt my thing. its vapable but wouldnt order it again).

They definitely seemed to get better and better once I gave them a lil more of a chance..... The casablanca smelled like peanut butter to me the first time I smelled it. And thats the last thing I'm looking for in a vape. But now, it's definitely in my top 5 favorites of all times. Its weird, ALOT of juices I try, I don't like right off the bat. But for some reason when I try them later on down the line I end up liking them alot. Theres really only been 2 or 3 Juices that I've liked from first vape, but quite a few that I've come back to after having them for a while and really liking them later....!

I get what you mean, I tried the dulsis the 2nd week in and I figured that there was alot better juice out there, I was wrong and they have been out of stock for a month...how is that possible to be out of juice for a month?

You should also consider Johnson Creeks tobacco's. They are the darkest, cigar tasting tobacco liquids, but they do taste close to pipe tobacco. I didn't care for them, but Johnson Creek also makes my two favorite juices (Island and Summer Peach), so you just never know.

I chased tobacco for the first month or so, now I've given up and I've settled with any liquid I can enjoy.

I think Dekang comes the closest to cigarette flavor than anything I've tried. Some of them even smell like an ashtray, which turned me off. But I survived on Dekang USA mix for my first month.

Thanks, I will not be ordering any juices for a while unless dulsis is available...I will stay with what I have...I also realized I have to even cut down on my mg level. I was at 24-36mg and I am coughing way too much...I have to diy it down to 18mg. It is amazing how it changes over time. The problem is if you purchase only 10 ml, by the time it is good, there is no more.

I put the juice on the side and wont vape it for at least another week or 2.

BWB has been hit or miss for me. When I first tried my Ry4 and 555 Exotic, I thought they tasted like an old lady's perfume. I was super unhappy and threw them in a box for maybe about 4 weeks. I tried them again and they tasted totally different. Now I switch between these two juices all day and love them to pieces. Ry4 actually tastes like tobacco with a hint of vanilla to me and the 555E is just awesome.

I did order Malty Toffee and Nutty as well, but so far I really don't like these. Malty Toffee just tastes like air with a hint of sugar to me. Nutty is bizarre. It doesn't have any nut flavor at all. I ordered it because I love the nutty taste of the 555E and thought this would just be more of that kind of nut flavor. Nutty doesn't taste like any nut I've ever tried before. I can't even describe the taste I get from it. I've let it steep a few weeks and I still don't like it.

I'm going to keep ordering 555E and Ry4 as my all day vapes when I can get hold of them, but I'm pretty leery about trying out new flavors now.

I love the nutty flavor too...I bought the regular 555 and it's only been 3 days...The juice is at least vapable and does not taste bad, but still the perfume and flowers. I have 3 and I cannot tell the difference on any of them.
