I was a faithful bwb customer with Don for a long time until one instance I ran into the statement."we have reached our quota for the week", or the next time. "Were open from sun-thur til 9". Either way I couldn't place an order. I even wrote Don and expressed my concern. Well unfortunately I moved to other vendors like Zeus.

I was thinking tonight I wanted BWB again. LOL. Closed 5/29-6/8. Are u kidding me.

OK so question is. Am I just having really bad luck, or has this been problematic for others??

Thank you

Paulc

Some vendors have capacity issues, usually because they are popular and don't have enough trained staff to satisfy demand. Its an annoying game we have to play to get our hands on highly sought-after juice. I suggest trying something new from another vendor while BWB is closed, you never know what you might end up liking even more. Just set an alarm on your computer or phone for the 9th to check back at BWB and get an order in. At least they give a time frame on their home page, I guess.

I have been to a large e-juice lab one time and seeing how it was done on a large scale I can understand some of the problems. They have to calculate estimated sales for each flavor, mix a large batch, bottle it, label it and then switch everything over to another flavor. With so many different flavors it can be very difficult for a large lab to keep up to orders and almost impossible for smaller operations, especially if they underestimate sales of certain flavors. If you really enjoy certain flavors it is always wise to order early and order extra.

Thanks for the replies. I agree to the above comment. Its great when your business is so good that you can
Take off instead of hiring more people, but the "Danger" is you will also start to send people to other vendors where they can order 24hrs a day.
That's what I did. I only used one ejuice supplier and I buy 120ml a week. As a business I do don't want my customers going somewhere else, but it happens.
My question was really one of. Are they closed as much as it appears, or am I just hitting all the bad times. I think its me. I tend to order at night.

I know some have said stock up. Yeah I could, but I shouldn't have to. They may be in partial retirement mode. LoL

Thanks a lot gang.....

yeah, it's simply not equitable for some of these vendors to expand operations... especially in New York State - where the tax rate is ridiculous. Don started running into capacity issues and even inventory issues... smaller vendors make some of the best juice... but they also have some seemingly permanent obstacles.

as with BWB, they don't close as much as they used to... the popularity is still strong, but they were able to make adjustments to their menu that cut down on frequent shutdowns... Don simply stopped offering a few juices where he was overly dependent on some unique flavorings that he couldn't control the availability of.
